MQA Americas / Grupo Monge

Development of two web responsive applications, “Services” and “Contact me”, to improve customer service processes within the Monge Group. The “Services” App aimed to the use of internal staff and the “Contact me” App for public use, customers of the Monge Group. Both applications connected to the SAP C4C services for all the management of the customer service process and the services of SAR and SAFEWAY for the management of user registration and authentication.
